- From Solar Power to EV Charging, P261 Set to Transform Energy Management
Mumbai/Kolkata (Anil Bedag): Amid India’s growing demand for energy storage solutions, VSL PowerHive Private Limited, the battery and energy storage arm of Vikram Solar, has launched its first official product, P261. Designed for industrial and commercial customers, the liquid-cooled Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) offers a capacity of 125 kW/261 kWh.
The P261 features a 261 kWh LFP battery, 832V nominal voltage and 314Ah cell capacity. Its compact single-cabinet design, liquid-cooling technology and real-time energy monitoring make it suitable for diverse operating conditions. The system can operate across temperatures ranging from -30°C to 50°C and incorporates multiple layers of safety, including fire protection.
The solution can be deployed for solar energy storage, peak-demand management, backup power, EV charging, microgrids and reducing dependence on diesel generators.
